ONYX POLICY

BOOKINGS

  • For large group bookings & set menus please enquire with staff members directly.

  • Bookings of more than 5 people require a £10 deposit. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable & will be deducted from your total bill at the end. Deposits are needed for ALL bookings on Fridays-Sundays. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE for numbers that do not turn up or No Shows.

  • Due to fluctuation of prices in the market, suppliers, utilities and staff, the Restaurant as a result of these, reserves the right to change prices without any given noice. We hope you understand.

  • A 12.5% service charge will be added to ALL outdoor tables and to group bookings more than 5 people and on special events.
     

  • Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Please arrive on time or contact ONYX if you are running late. 

  • Friday & Saturday night tables have a maximum stay of 2 hours.

  • For parties and Special events, £25 deposit is required on booking which is reduced from the total bill.

DINING

  • Please advise staff of any dietary requirements or any known allergies. We hold no responsibility if we are not made aware of specific requirements.
     

  • Vegan & gluten free options are available upon request. please ask a staff member & allow extra time for dishes to be cooked fresh.

DRESS CODE

  • We operate a Casual / Smart dress code policy, however we have a strictly smart dress policy on Friday & Saturday evenings & special events.

CHALLENGE 25

  • If you don't look 25+ our staff will ask you to provide a valid proof of ID before serving alcohol.
     

  • All staff members reserve the right to refuse sale of alcohol to anyone that does not possess a valid ID.
     

  • Friday & Saturday after 10pm at ONYX age restriction policy applies to under 18s.  

SECURITY

  • Door supervisors may be present on Friday and Saturday night and during Special events.
     

  • 24 hrs CCTV is in operation 7 days of the week.
     

  • We reserve the right to ask anyone who is causing nuisance or disrupting others to quietly leave our premises.
     

  • ONYX has set these policies to protect you and others around you. Please collaborate with us to have a peaceful dining experience.
     

  • Please respect other diners, staff and all our neighbours  by quietly leaving our premises
     

  • We hold no responsibility for your personal belonging

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Any Personal Data entered on our website when making a booking or signing up to our services are protected and safeguarded. Only the manager reserves the right to access these personal data and they are use for the purpose of reserving your table, attending your enquiries or sending marketing communications if you have consented to.
